It is such a cold winter this year! I’m in Australia, not New Zealand, but the constant cold and chill has been very difficult. Thankfully there are tiny signs that the lengthening days are having a positive impact. Clover and spring grasses appearing in my lawn for example.
Enjoy your wanders. Thanks so much for sharing the spoils with us all.
It's been weird here, according to locals I run into on the trails. They've mentioned this year is "warm" (sure doesn't feel like it to me!), but there hasn't been any snow in St. Arnaud, which is unusual for this time of year (usually the mountains are covered). And the whole Tasman and Marlborough Region was hit with some pretty serious floods last month. I have a friend who had to evacuate the Motueka River Valley, and many roads have been damaged from landslides.
Congratulations. Great finds and shots.
Superb collection - world class.
